I want to be a producer!

During our economics unit, we've learned about consumers and producers. For this blog post, I would like you to imagine you are a producer.

For full credit, complete each item below in your post:

• Tell us about your product. (include a catchy name)
• List the resources you would use to make it.
• Describe how you would market it to your consumer.
• Who would be interested in buying it?
• Is it something you could export to other countries?
• Why would would other countries want to import it?
• Is it a renewable or non-renewable?
• Remember your first name or initials

To help you organize, you may want to start with a planning page. I would suggest you type it in word first, don't forget to save, and then copy and paste to the blog.

What makes a hero?

Our next SEM unit is about heroes, who they are, why we think of them as a hero, and what characteristics we admire in our heroes.

We'll be talking about the difference between a hero and someone who is famous or a celebrity. We'll ask you to create a list of your heroes and tell us why you admire this person or see him or her as a hero.

For this blog post, I would like you to write about the characteristics or personality traits that you think a hero should have. If you already know of a hero, you can describe this person.
